Butt Lifting Part Four brings you Pilates Lunges with Zayna Gold and Boston Body Instructor Melissa Connolly. These lunges work the back thigh and buttocks by keeping the torso at a 45 degree angle forward. This puts extra resistance on the front hamstrings and glutes.
