Monday Moves: Toning Twists

Step 1: Neck Pull with Twist – start as in pic 1A and roll half way back then twist to pic 1B. Modification – bend knees if you can’t sit up straight with legs straight. Repeat each side 6 times.

Step 2: Plank Twists – Start as in pic 2A make sure you have a neutral spine, drop right hip as in pic 2B, repeat dropping other hip. Repeat 10 times each side.
