Monday Moves: FantABulous Abs

MM25Step 1: Single Leg Stretch: start as in pic 1A, head, neck and shoulders lifted off of the ground, one leg in table top holding ankle and shin, other leg extended. Switch legs to 1B. Repeat 10 times.

Step 2: Single Leg Stretch Teaser: start as in pic 2A, head, neck and shoulders lifted off of the ground and hands behind head, one leg in table top, other leg extended. Roll up while switching off your legs to 2B, then roll back down. Keep the legs moving throughout. Repeat 10 times.
