Revolutionize your Workout at Fit Revolution
Do you love having a variety of fitness options in one unique and welcoming space? Look no further than Fit Revolution. The gym which was once mainly focused on spinning and boot camps expanded its space and added brand new classes. With over 40 classes offered weekly and a gym area where monthly members can take part in the workout of the day, Fit Revolution has something for everyone.
The now 4,300 square foot space includes both an aerobic and indoor cycling studio. While extensive spinning and boot camp classes will still be available at Fit Revolution, the new classes have been designed to be challenging while keeping individual effectiveness in mind, as well.
The coaches and teachers are trained to push participants to do their best, but they also keep in mind that their workouts must be modifiable for those who need it. New classes offered include BODYPUMP, Pilates, P90X Matrix, Tabata and Treadmill Interval.
Fit Revolution began in the summer of 2012 when creator Michelle O’Connor decided to turn her vision into reality. Starting with 20 bikes and a turf, the gym’s community grew to eventually want more classes and options for working out.
Classes are accompanied by light music to motivate and push members, and the pay system is flexible enough to please everyone’s budget. A one-class card is priced at $15, and a monthly unlimited membership, also known as the Fit Pass, costs only $79.99. Customers can choose to pay by the class or become monthly members—and the first class is always free.
