Also, they have an indoor and outdoor pool that you can enjoy before, after, or during your workouts! CSC offers personal training, pilates equipment sessions, small group training, yoga, nutrition, TRX, private boxing training, bootcamps, and over 60 group fitness classes per week from Zumba to Bodypump and everything in between. At Commonwealth Sports Club, they are true believers in their members getting results, so they provide the optimal training program for him or her to achieve them. They understand that no one is the same, so not all programs will be the same. You can find what works for you with their resources.

Commonwealth Sports ClubThe members at CSC range from 18 up to 96 years old and they have the right tools and equipment for everyone. Whatever your fitness goal, they can tailor a program to fit your needs. If you want to compete in powerlifting, or work on balance and stability, or use the pool for exercise classes, you can do it all with their highly educated personal training staff. The staff are all nationally certified and/or have a degree in exercise science or a related field. Some of the credentials of the training staff include National Strength and Conditioning Association’s Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, USA Weightlifting coach, US Track and Field, Precision Nutrition, and more.

You can be confident that from the front desk to the personal trainers, you’ll be guided by educated professionals to your fitness goals and you’ll become part of the CSC family.

CSC is taking an active role in the first lady and IHRSA’s Get Active America Campaign and they’re hosting an open house during May 6-10 and they’d love for you to join them for a workout! Some other upcoming training programs include Triathalon Training, which begins in May. Also, a Couch to 5K running program which begins the first week in May and ends with the Heartbreak Hill 5K on June 15th. CSC will also be hosting an indoor Triathalon on Sunday April 21 for both members and non-members. Now that the weather is getting nicer, take advantage of their outdoor pool where you can pull up a lounge chair post workout and soak up some vitamin D in the sun!
